Today’s WOD was my first workout coming back from carpel tunnel surgery! Feels pretty good. I completed 130 reps which was 4 complete round with 5 each arm of snatches. The hand hurt, but now as bad as I thought it would. I sure am hoping to finish up the surgery deal on the left hand so I can get back to my normal workouts like today’s. Much weaker for sure!
