Today’s WOD was completed even though this is actually day 4 in a row for me. I’m still sore as hell and will be taking a couple days off from the gym. Of course, I will still do some mobility work and skill work…
Skill Work: Overhead Squats & Pistols
I finished off today’s workout with the following ab routine:

- Ab Mat Situps
