Today’s WOD was played out at the base gym. Total workout time was 32:26. Even though I have some sort of major cough going on, my energy level is through the roof! I hope this is a good sign of things to come over the Crossfit Open. Crossing fingers… Anyway, I should really blow away my fitness level from last year. I can motor through the pullups now and forearms can handle the grip really well too. I think from now until the end of the open, my metcon should only increase! We shall see…
