Today’s WOD was a grudge fest… total time was 48:51. Round 1 @ 7:39, round 2 17:45, round 3 @ 29:09, round 4 @ 39:14 and round 5 @ 48:51. The deadlifts were suppose to be 225#, so I did not rx Roy, but I’m pretty close… Total deadlifts = 75, Box Jumps = 100, and pull-ups = 125.
