Today’s WOD – FRAN! Need I say more? Yes, I’ve been putting this workout off ever since I did it 15 month’s ago and took over 17 minutes to do. Well, today, I smashed that time with a 9:36! Almost half off my time! Now that’s what I call a PR… The minute I was done and breathing semi-normal again, I told myself that I know for a fact I can do this workout in about 7 minutes. I just need to work a little harder at my pullups and get a little stronger with my thrusters.
Anyway, Fran is on the quicker than every 15 month’s to do list…
