Today’s WOD was fucking hard core for me and I DNF. I completed 10, 9, and 8 and that was as far as I could get with the workout. I think doing the cleans prior to the metcon was what did me in. I will be trying this workout again. Only next time I will be doing the MetCon first and then hitting my strength. I’m serious when I say I could not hardly move! My lower back muscles were so tight and hurt so bad, I just couldn’t go on. Damn that sucked so bad!
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy with a piece of toast and sausage gravy over the top… Oh, and 10 ounces of milk
Lunch – 5 soft shell tacos and a handful of chips. Oh and a handful of black olives too.
