Today’s WOD was just a crazy little routine I slapped together to get some work done. I really wanted to do a max out session with Overhead Squats, but opted for the kettlebell instead. In two weeks, I will be having my carpel surgery on the right wrist, so workouts are going to be a bit weird for a while. 6 weeks after the right wrist, the left wrist will be done.
Anyway, I sure am hoping it will fix my issues and I can get back to good sleep at night! I’ve been dealing with the pain for about 15 years now. Yep, it sucks! The doc says I should be good to go for another 10-15 years… By then, I’ll be retired and not so active he says! He definitely doesn’t know who hes talking to! I’ll be glad to get back my strength once this shit is all over!

Olympic Weightlifting: A Complete Guide for Athletes & Coaches
419 pages that breaks down each move and adds all the supplemental exercises too. There is even a section that covers nutrition. I really like the content of the book. It covers Olympic Lifts and that’s it! Everything that will improve your snatch and your clean & jerk. You really need to pick up this book…
