Today’s WOD was much better than yesterday! My strength was not quite all there, but way better than yesterday. My wife seems to think I have that Pacific Northwest Syndrome… No Sun Equals No Vitamin D Equals Yuck! So on that note, I am going to up the hell out of my Vitamin D and see if it helps.
