WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute warm-up to make sure I am as mobile for the WOD as I can.
Warmup: TRX mobility stretches, air squats and 15# practice bar overhead squats. I also completed a few rounds of good mornings. The bicep is working for me now that I wrap it. I get all my information from the Crossfit.Com for all my WOD needs…
WOD Time:
My goal for the workout was set at 8 complete rounds in the 20 minutes. I was really close to hitting it, but ended up with only with 7 complete rounds + 5 Pullups + 10 Wall Balls + 7 Kettlebell Swings.
Well, I had another windy ride today… I’m getting pretty sick and tired of the weather we’ve been having lately! I felt like I was riding up hill the entire time again… Now, I know this is helping me, but fuck it hurts to hit that wall, then go into my workout session!
Living a Healthy Life Through the Crossfit WOD…
In the fast paced world that we live in it can be easy to neglect our health and wellness. We’re so busy racing through our day to day lives (family, friends, work, social engagements) that we don’t take the time to look after ourselves. It’s really no wonder that so many of us are tired and run down.
What are some simple things that we can do to improve our quality of life? Well, I’m not sure what’s right for you, but I built a garage crossfit gym and started working out like a crazed madman doing shit I never thought I could do. Of course, what I do now, most others can’t until they develop a strong base. So, if you just start walking at first, then gradually keep adding to the distance, before you know it, you will be in the gym or running, or whatever floats your boat maybe even start with a WOD…
