Today’s WOD was pretty cool. I did really well on it and the knee held out. I was surprise to say the least. I figured the Single Under set would screw my knee up, but it didn’t. In fact, my knee didn’t hurt at all. Not to say it won’t later on this evening! Hell, tomorrow I could be confined to the bed. LOL. So, I finished the MetCon in 21:55 and thought for sure I would have made it under 20 minutes. I suck…
NUTRITION:
I ate pretty good for most of the day… Although I did fall off the peanut butter wagon again! And that my friend’s is a recurrence right there. I’m a binge peanut butter hound… Oh, and I also really slipped today and ate a small piece of cheese cake. I just couldn’t help myself. I know… I suck… Again! I will get back on the wagon tomorrow. I honestly cannot believe I had a momentary lapse of reason and ate the pie before I could even think. It was sooooo good!
