- 40 Squats
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 20 Push-Ups
- 10 Pull-Ups
- 1 Mile Run
Today’s WOD was a test to track progress over the next 5 to 6 weeks. The next test will be on the 23rd of December and the final test will be on January 14, 2016. I completed the entire workout in 30:25. I think that is a good assessment of how I am progressing over the next few weeks. My weight at the start of this was 225 pounds the day I left. My goal is to drop about 25 pounds… Probably not realistic, but I’m still going to shoot for it. Hold me accountable…
