Today’s WOD a great forearm burner! I made it worse by not using the hook grip… On purpose fools! I couldn’t handle not doing the hook grip for the entire workout though. It was just too much. Anyway, I finished the workout in 13:10. Not bad for an old fat guy! No videos for today as I just didn’t feel like showing off my belly again… LOL
It’s windy as hell here in the Pacific Northwest, so I needed to hurry up with my post today just in case the power goes out. On that note, I am cutting it short right here…
