Today’s WOD was a body beater and lung jammer! I completed the MetCon without a time limit in order to just hit the wod with good form and try to be smooth throughout. I went unbroken in all the power cleans and the thrusters, however my burpees are not consistent… Pretty sure that is why I keep programming them into my workouts. I suck at them and so I will continue to work them until I get good at them. I need to start working harder on double unders and also need to be working on Handstand Push-Ups… Any who, gotta chores to take care of now.
