Finish out with .75 mile run
Today’s WOD was a wind sucker! I had a hard time keeping control over my breathing. Also, I am still have issues with my calves getting really cramped up and tight. Not sure what is going on, but had to change my runs up immediately. I chose .75 miles because that’s all I could stand before having to stop and let the calves work themselves out through stretching. Anyway, the workout itself was also modified after the first round. I had to scale immediately as I knew I’d never make the RX version. It was supposed to be straight up 21 burpees and 12 thrusters for all three rounds. I have to survive to fight another day. So, it’s not uncommon for me to change up the game in the middle of the workout. Great wind sucker though no matter which version you do. Enjoy!
