Today’s WOD was great! I’m amazed I was able to run 2.5 miles again after yesterdays workout. Also, just before getting in the gym, I slipped on the stairs and caught myself and thought for sure I damaged both knees. The muscles just above the knees immediately hurt like hell! After walking it off and rubbing the affected area, the pain was gone and it was as if it had never happened. I completed the run in 24:42, 1,000 meter row in 5 minutes and finished the workout on the bike for 30 minutes which would equal out to about 10 kilometers at 12.5 miles per hour… Great workout and hope tomorrow’s is just as good and I can hit another 2.5 miles on the dreaded treadmill!
