Today’s WOD was pretty quick after the run. I completed the run in 21 minutes and then I finished off strong with a 17:34 time on the metcon. Glad to see tomorrow is a day off because my legs and core are sore from all the running. Hopefully I can keep it up. I’ll be able to lose another 10 pounds this work period. Speaking of work period, I’m due to get laid off sometime in December. Nice Christmas present eh?
