Today’s WOD – was another Long MetCon. This one just gave me a massive headache today! I think I’ve just had too much going on lately… Anyway, This was suppose to be a 10 round workout. But I just didn’t want to beat the crap out of myself for another 40 minutes. One hour in the gym is enough with the warm-up and cool-down…
