Today’s WOD was kick ass on the shoulders! I always like doing shoulders because it makes my neck feel better for a day or so. I’m really looking forward to tomorrow’s workout. Now that I know the feel of doing Overhead Squats, I’m hoping I can finally excel at adding the weight! Anyway, tomorrow’s workout isn’t here yet, so… The lunges in today’s workout combined with push presses and the twist is a really high breathing workout. I actually had to stop twice on the lunges to catch my breath! I will definitely be doing this workout again in the future!
