Today’s WOD a ball smasher! I should be able to do this workout in under 10 minutes. I will be working harder on pull-ups as it is them that’s holding me back! Of course, 220# is also really slowing me down. I also need to learn how to do butterfly’s and be able to pump out 20+ straight… Anyway, love power cleans and this workout is a good one. In the wheelhouse so to speak!
