Today’s WOD was an early morning workout which is something I haven’t been able to do in a while. But considering it was a busy day, I figured I better get it in while I could. This is a great workout. I really love doing push presses and then to follow that up with wall balls which is something I hate was a good burn. So, I finished the first part of the workout in 8:27 and then hit the last section in 4:30 for an overall time of 12:57.
