Today’s WOD is day 19 in the 4 week program. Having some serious issues with my neck. I think I need to get a message or physical therapy… It hurts like hell! Anyway, the workout is the only time it doesn’t hurt and I can’t figure it out because that is the time I really put it in a lot of stress. Oh well, just keep moving…
