Today’s WOD was Day 3 after taking Wednesday off. I felt really sore, but after the warmup and rolling out the specific muscle to prepare to snatch, I felt pretty good. Snatch still looks like old people fuck, slow and careful! However, I’m getting better and that’s what counts.
