Today’s WOD was a fun workout. I’m really liking this routine I’ve been doing. Strength with EMOM and finish off with a metcon is just what I think I need to make it to the master qualifiers in 2017. I also completed some overhead work and holy shit do I suck! What is keeping me from the qualifier? Overhead squats, HSPU’s and mobility!
