Today’s WOD was awesome. I felt like crap after that, so I did a one mile run on the treadmill… Another workout under the belt for sure… Oh, being in the Gulf of Mexico and muggy as shit, it was fucking hot as hell! Especially in the bosun locker which is where I have to do wallballs. It’s all cool though! Swear some poundage off…
