WOD Warm-Up:
- TRX Standard Warm-Up @ 5 Minutes
- 15 Squats
- Arm Swings
- Shoulder bands
- Wooden Dowel for shoulders
WOD Particulars:
MetCon: (5 Rounds for Time)
- 10 Knees to Elbows
- 20 Burpees
- 30 Double Unders
Reps: 300 total reps; 50 K2E, 100 Burpees and 150 Double Unders!

Today’s WOD was great… Between round 2 & 3 I experienced light headedness and pain in my arm where I gave blood yesterday. Well guess what? I busted open the hole just a bit and caused blood to spill out under the skin… Black and blue now! Anyway, I decided what the hell, go ahead and beat the shit out of myself and finish this WOD… I also have a ton of red welts on my legs from the jump rope. I am determined to master double unders for next year along with those stupid burpees…
