WOD Type: “Strength”
WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute standard WOD warm-up for mobility. I have also added overhead squat / Snatch Preparation Routine… Mobility man stretches.

Today’s WOD was completed at the following weights:
- 135# @ 1
- 140# @ 1
- 145# @ 1
- 150# @ 1
- 155# @ 1
- 160# @ 1
- 170# @ 1
I felt strong still and thought I could go more so I weighted the bar with 185#. I failed twice with 185#. I know I can do it, but have to work hard on form as I just was not quick enough to catch the weight. After the failed attempts, I decided to drop to 135# and do some form practice.
I finished up the workout with an ab routine 3 sets of:
- GHD Situps @ 8 reps
- Leg Levers @ 8 reps
- L-sit for 10 seconds
Overall, another great workout today!
