Today’s WOD was semi-decent. I am having trouble staying motivated since hurting my knee and having to do so much to avoid hurting it again. It just seems to not want to heal! It’s a real downer for sure… Anyway, finished the Metcon in a time of 14:39 which isn’t that great. I struggled with the burpees and knee pain. Oh well, let’s just keep moving forward!
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: Kodiak Cakes with 4 strips of bacon
Lunch – No lunch… ADD Meds make me not hungry as much…
