Today’s WOD Time Was a nice change from my normal workouts in the man cave… Vicki wanted to hit the gym and use the treadmill because it was raining pretty hard outside… I was suppose to do GHD’s, but could not find one in the gym, so I just decided to hit it with situps. Rough time for this workout was 17 minutes. I love the row machine and must eventually get one for the gym…
Next up, I completed the power clean workout. I completed 3 reps on the minute for 11 minutes with 135#. Had a lot of gym RATS looking at me while I threw weight around. I could also see a couple of young kids say, “that old man is throwing some weight around”… Shit, I am now the old man in the gym at 47. son of a bitch…
