Today’s WOD was hellish to say the least! I didn’t stop breathing heavy until we got to City Beach to start our 3 mile walk. I finished the workout in a time of 14:55 which is under the 15 minute time limit I gave myself. Probably why I was breathing so hard. That’s fast for my old ass… Great workout overall and I am glad the knee is feeling better.
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy with a piece of toast, 3 bacon strips and 10 ounces of milk
Lunch – Ribs with a bit of coleslaw and potato salad. Also ate about 10 pieces of jerky before the walk which curbed the appetite just a bit…
Dinner – 3 Beers…
