WOD: Chipper for Time:
WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute standard warm-up for mobility. I have also added overhead squat / Snatch Preparation Routine… Mobility man stretches.
WOD Particulars:
Chipper for time or:
- 30 Handstand Push-Ups
- 40 Pull-Ups
- 50 Kettlebell Swings @ 1.5 Pood
- 60 Sit-Ups
- 70 Burpees
Today’s WOD Time was 24:11 and the burpees suck ass! Or should I say, they made me suck ass… I smoked the entire workout until I got to the burpees and it seemed that’s when time decided to stop. I need to just start doing burpees every single day until I get good at them, but man o’ man would that be miserable! Anyway, I have a time to beat now which should be easy since it took 24 minutes…
