Today’s WOD – Was a great workout! My time sucked ass due to this sickness I currently have, but I’m happy with it. Hoping tomorrow I will be 100% recovered. As for now, I’m almost too shaky to type. It seems like I get the bug around this time every year. At least this year is a bit earlier than last year. I was really sick during the Opens last year and it sucked the life right outta me…
Okay, so my goal for the workout was 3:42 which I’m pretty sure I can do when I am 100%, but today’s time was 6:57! I think I will hit this wod again in a month when I am back to 100%…
