Today’s WOD was a really good test of the knee and it did well. I felt the pain a couple of times, but overall, it went very well. Better than I expected. I will still be going to the doctor when I get home just to make sure all is well in the knee zone. Maybe, just a thought… My knee is a direct reflection of something actually going on in the hips. I noticed that my right hamstring is really tight and my left quad is really tight. That tells me something is wrong in the hip region. I’ll be getting that area checked out for sure. Anyway, I feel really good about today’s progress on the treadmill. Tomorrow’s workout is the baseline wod! Hope I’ve improved a lot since I started back in December on this bloody pig of a ship!
