Today’s WOD was pretty intense. Deadlifts always destroy me! Even with the light weight I used today. The MetCon hit me in lungs. I had a hard time keeping with a decent pace. I completed 3 complete rounds plus 6 lunges for a total of 96 reps. I’ll settle for that.
