- Arm Swings

- Bench Press – 3 @ 10 Reps of 185#
MetCon: 3 Rounds for Time of:
- 10 Strict Pull-Ups
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Burpees
Today’s WOD – I hate burpees! They suck! Anyway, with that being said, I finished today’s metcon in 13:54. I think its time to start hitting some really quick workouts of like 7 minutes and really push my limits. I need to start preparing again for the Opens coming up in February. Anyway, First workout of the year…
