Today’s WOD – Workout Today equals forearm scream! I have never had a workout hurt my forearms as much as this one. I can hardly type right now… Anyway, I was interrupted by the buyers of my elliptical machine with 3:12 remaining, so I finished at 4 rounds total.
Total reps equals 88!
