Today’s WOD was pretty uneventful. I started out not feeling all that great and really fought myself to even get into the gym. I finished with time still clicking at 9:43. That’s not normal for me to stop before the clock does! Anyway, I completed 4 complete rounds which is one more than I thought I would finish to be honest. Yep, that’s how bad I was feeling. Speaking of which, my biggest problem right now is I’m feeling a constant tiredness and lack of motivation. Hope it goes away soon because I hate feeling unmotivated! I begin to get depressed and that makes me feel even more like shit. So I must snap out of this crappy attitude pronto!
