WOD Guts Everywhere…
WOD nuts is all I gotta say about this one! This combination was absolutely killer. I was actually wanting to do more front squats to hide from the pull-ups. I should have used a lot more weight, but still having a mobility issue with my wrist. Of course, I am in major need of more mobility training for sure. Ankles even have a lot of mobility issues too!
WOD Time
I completed the death march in a decent time. At least for me at this stage in the game. Anyway, my time turned out to be 13:07

Hell, there is no reasoning other than creating as much pain as humanly possible and liking it…
