Endurance: Run Approximately 4 Miles
Today’s WOD was a great run. I wanted to make it home before kickoff, but missed the first two minutes of the 1st quarter. No worries, the Seahawks won! See below for the run… I actually made it all the way up golf course hill, however I did have to stop at the top and catch my breath! That hill sucks and I will continue to do it more and more to help build up my lungs! Holy hell was I huffing and puffing… Great run and a great day!
