This weeks wod was performed in Curaçao at the Renaissance Hotel.
WOD Type: “MetCon”
Standard WOD Warm-up:
– 15 Squats
– Arm Swings
– Leg stretches
MetCon: Endurance & Couplet
Run 1 Mile
-Then-
3 Rounds for Time of…
– 10 Dumbbell Snatch @ 35# Each Arm
– 10 Burpees
– Then-
Run 1 Mile
Today’s workout was pretty fast and intense! I ran for a ten minute pace which put me at a1.65 km run. That’s 1.025 miles if you are wondering. Anyway, I got off the treadmill and went straight into the MetCon portion of the workout. I completed the three rounds at 6:56 which isn’t too bad for me. I have a feeling the next 25 days or so, I will be able to lose 17 pounds… Wish me luck!
