Today’s WOD was pretty intense. I finished the thrusters on a high note at 155#. That made me feel like I am getting close to being back where I was before the Staff Infection. I finished the MetCon in a time of 16:46 which isn’t so fast, in fact it is pretty darn slow. But I finished so whatever! I think I am much slower now because of my age and doing a strength workout prior to the MetCon. But whatever! Great workout!
