Today’s WOD was a another abuser of a workout! I actually thought this was going to be an easy row… That’s a fucking joke right? Anyway, the row was actually supposed to be 8,000 meters, however, after a 2.5 mile run, I just didn’t have it in me to complete the workout as written. At 4,000 meters, my ass was starting to fall asleep. Anyway, I finished the row in 21:00. So, basically, I finished a row of about 2.5 miles in less time than it took me to run 2.5 miles.
