Today’s WOD – What a grinder! I friggin hate this workout! Anyway, today’s workout was nothing more than a test of endurance and I don’t have it! I was suppose to continue on with sumo deadlift high pulls, jumping pullups and finish with double unders. Wasn’t about to happen today! Anyway, I’ll feel much better when I start drinking beer this afternoon… 🙂
