- 15 Squats
- Arm Swings
- Shoulder bands
- Wooden Dowel for shoulders
WOD Particulars:
MetCon: AMRAP in 20 Minutes of…
- 10 Thruster @ 65#
- 10 Pull-Ups
Total Reps: 80 Thrusters and 75 Pull-Ups for a total of 155!
Today’s WOD was a kick ass workout. When I first wrote this one out, I thought the weight would be too light. It was light, however it kicked my shoulders ass once past 50 reps of thrusters and pull-ups! I was glad at that point I did not add weight to the bar! Not much more to write about today… Feeling a bit lazy and just wanting to chill out on the couch. Actually, I want to watch the video I’ve posted below. Jason is one hell of a great person and athlete!
