Today’s WOD was an outstanding workout and I felt really good with it! I am pretty sure my intensity level is way beyond most of those navy guys I see in this gym. Of course, I’m about 25 years older than they are too. I sometimes have to remind myself of this minor little detail. Lmao… Anyway, it was a great workout and I now have to figure out how I will workout now that I have a job that will require me to drive 1.5 hours to and 1.5 hours from work every day. 3 hours a day is really going to suck! Oh well, its a temporary project for the next 6 or so months.
