Today’s WOD was fast! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the 4000 meter row was! Almost 19 minutes of rowing and felt as good as I can with this head cold! On that note… Bedtime! Maybe this fucking head cold shit will be gone by morning. I hate coughing!
