Total Reps: 4 complete rounds + 8 Push Press = 196 reps
Today’s WOD was pretty badass. I love throwing around weight and today was a weight throwing around day! Loved every minute of it… I feel like my bench press is coming back, but chose to stick to the schedule. Next week is a deload week and a week of getting outside on the bike and on the trails for some killer hikes (I Hope). I will also start up the Granite Games on Thursday.
2016 QUALIFIER – June 9th – July 4th
The Online Qualifier is the first step to compete at the 2016 Kill Cliff Granite Games. All you have to do is pick one of the following levels at which to complete your workouts:
- AsRx – By completing the AsRx level workouts your score can count towards the AsRx Individual or Community Team
- Masters – By completing the Masters level workouts your score counts towards the Individual Masters Division per your age
- Teens– By completing the Teen level workouts your score counts towards the Individual Teen Division
- Scaled – By completing the Scaled level workouts you’ll be eligible to win prizes and compete on a Team of 3
During the Online Qualifier athletes will have the chance to win awesome PRIZES from the competition sponsors! The top athletes from these divisions will qualify to compete at the 2016 Kill Cliff Granite Games. The Games is located in Minnesota which I won’t qualify as far as I know right now. I still have a long way to go before being competitive. But it is a goal in the future.
