Today’s WOD was hard considering I am still trying to recover from the 3-day strength test with Barbell Shrugged. The deadlifts are still having an effect on my body. So I decided to remove the metcon today and start the week off with my normal strength routine. Man did it suck! The weight felt 10 times heavier than it really was. Thank you very much Deadlifts!
