Today’s WOD was a fun workout. The only thing that would have made it better was if I could have completed the workout Rx. I believe the weight should have been 175#. Overall, still felt great!Had a great walk as well with Vicki. We hit 3.3 miles in under an hour. I guess that means we were traveling at 3.3 miles per hour. 😉
