Today’s WOD was a “trying to get back at it” workout! Unfortunately that hasn’t really happened yet. As you can see, I am posting this workout on the 11th and not on the 7th when I should have. I have something that is actually taking almost all of my time right now and I can’t see where it is going to change anytime soon. However, I am going to make it a point to get back at it. Alright, enough excuses, I will be updating again tomorrow I promise!
