Today’s WOD was a good for strength/Skill work… I was planning on doing Grace today, but decided I needed to work on my form more than kill myself to make a good time. Anyway, I completed full on squat cleans trying to follow the weight to the bottom position. I did pretty well for the most part, started locking out on the last 5 reps at 125#. Once I bottomed out, I came back up, working on keeping the weight on my shoulders and not arms. Weight was a little light, but still kicked my ass. Happy with performance.
I am starting as of today, GMB. A gymnastics performance program to learn how to do a strict muscle up. I don’t want to just kip a muscle up, I wanna nail that sucker slow and deliberate! This training program should do it… We shall see!
